Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Terms
Payment Confirmation – Services:
Customers will receive payment confirmation via email immediately after payment is complete.
Customers are advised to keep a copy of the payment confirmation for their records.
Refund Policy:
Show Squad LLC have a no refund policy on all classes/camps/weekend theatre schools that have already been attended, and there will be no refund for classes missed by students. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
COVID-19 –Refund Exceptions:
If a student cannot attend the whole camp due to testing positive for COVID, then they must submit evidence of their ALHOSN test result to Show Squad LLC. In this event, a 100% refund will be given, no later than 30 working days from the date of the request, depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.
Cancellation Policy:
If Show Squad LLC cancel the class/camp due to low numbers, or unexpected circumstances, the customer will receive a 100% refund, no later than 30 working days from the date of the cancellation, depending on the issuing bank of the debit/credit card.
If a customer wishes to cancel their booking for an after school class, weekend theatre school, or holiday camp, then they must inform Show Squad LLC 72hrs before the start date of the course.
